Real estate agents ask us about two types of home staging:
- A Fully Furnished House or Condo with all Artwork and Accessories in Place. Simplified Lives staff works with the real estate agent to determine what the agent would like to have done to make the house “staged”.
(A) If the agent has a preferred staging professional, Simplified Lives can serve as the support staff to get the house cleaned out (pantries, linen closets, kitchen cupboards etc.) and then we can get the house cleaned and prepared for the agent’s staging professional to bring in what they want to make the home “pop” and look most appealing. We understand the concept “less is more” when staging a home and offer full support to staging professionals and real estate agents.
(B) If the agent does not have a preferred staging professional, Simplified Lives can get the house cleaned out and cleaned, and then we manage the staging. After working on the “less is more” method, we bring in lighting, artwork, linens and small furnishings to help the house look gorgeous and ready for the market.
- An Empty House or Condo that Needs to Be Completely Staged
Simplified Lives has aligned our staging work with a furniture and mattress company to enable us to do a few rooms or a complete house of staging. We can now offer design services to align our staging with the desired “look” of the builder and real estate agents who hire our staging services. We also offer linens, lamps, artwork and accessories.
We offer a free, no-obligation consultation after which we will prepare and provide a plan and cost proposal. We specialize in high-end services; our market is houses and condo’s going on the market for a minimum of $750K.
